Milton Hall is a historic rice plantation on the Pee Dee and Waccamaw rivers north of Georgetown, South Carolina. The area is known for some of the finest duck hunting in the world. There are deer and turkeys in the woodlands and largemouth bass in the miles of creeks and rivers.

The plantation is comprised of three tracts in proximity covering 825 acres. The main tract has 250 acres including the Milton Hall House, a twelve-acre pond, four fields, a boat house, equipment sheds and 145 acres of controlled rice fields. The balance of the plantation is in old rice fields and a 20-acre controlled rice field accessed by boat.

The Milton Hall House is located at the end of an oak allee' and built in the 1940's as a hunt camp. It is a charming structure near a boathouse on a canal. A foot bridge crosses the canal to the controlled duck fields.

Milton Hall is in a beautiful wilderness yet close to the beaches on the Atlantic and historic Georgetown. The plantation is a twenty-minute drive from Georgetown or a thirty-minute boat ride from the Georgetown Landing Marina. Georgetown is known for its many historic plantations. Milton Hall's neighboring plantations include Weymouth, Arundal, Nightingale, Ingleside, Chicora Wood and Black Bank.

Milton Hall has frontage on the Pee Dee River, Waccamaw River and Jerico Creek.

This canal runs by the Milton Hall House. The boat house is just out of the photo on the left and the controlled ricefields are on the right.
