The Carroll Farm was deeded by a land grant from the King of England prior to the American Revolution; and has been in the Carroll family since 1775. The farm contains large crop fields, a water supply for irrigation, and some of the best hunting in South Carolina.

The property is located one mile west of Blackville on Hwy 78; across from the Clemson University Research Center. There is approximately 178 acres of cropland and 275 acres of hunting land. A beautiful house site lies near an old hunting camp.
