South Carolina Hunting Plantation for Lease

Plantation Services has been selected by the University of South Carolina to procure a lessee for The Wedge Plantation, a 1500 acre hunting plantation located on the Santee River. The historic riverfront property contains beautiful grounds, a large house built in the early to mid- 1800’s, a caretaker’s house, and several other out buildings. The plantation is in a neighborhood famous for hunting, especially ducks. The Wedge contains upland timberlands, floodable duck impoundments and marshlands.
