Plantation Services Inc., has been retained by the St. Joe Company to handle the sale of the eastern half of Chickasaw-Hatchee Plantion, a 30,000 acre timber and hunting plantation located in Dougherty County, Georgia.  The St. Joe Company, Florida's largest real estate operating company, has owned the property since the 1950's.  The property was used for timber production and entertaining company executives and clients.
